System One Sales Representative in Ford City, Pennsylvania
System One is currently seeking a Sales Representative for an industry-leading client in the Ford City, PA area. Responsibilities
Guide customers through product selection processes, ensuring they receive appropriate recommendations for their specific applications
Build comprehensive knowledge of industrial fastener products and their manufacturing applications
Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships through attentive, detail-oriented service
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders while addressing any delivery concerns
Collaborate across departments including sales, engineering, and customer service teams
Communicate product features and benefits effectively to both technical and non-technical customers
Provide thorough after-sales support and address customer inquiries promptly
Requirements
Positive attitude and growth-oriented mindset
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fastener industry
Strong verbal and written communication abilities for diverse stakeholder interactions
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating system
Exceptional attention to detail when handling product information, pricing, and order management
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with others
Basic math skills and capacity to follow established procedures
Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior fastener industry experience
Experience with CRM software and sales platforms
Background in vendor relations and supply chain coordination
Familiarity with metal manufacturing processes (machining, stamping, heat treatment, forging, etc.)
