JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3rd shift sanitation for one of our Fond du Lac clients! Responsibilities: -Setup and take down of tables -Rinse and sanitize tables -Flip and turn product piles in the proper time frame to achieve desired ripening and specific size -Sample and test product to verify proper test levels and pass information to proper channel -Perform general sanitation by pressure-washing tables, fine saver, and conveyors to keep area neat, clean and safe -Spray down and sanitize tables and floors with water and sanitizer to keep area neat and safe -Remove and perform sanitation on screens, knives and rakes from table for -Clean drains by hand-scrubbing with chemicals and removing particles to keep area clean ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Ability to work in a cold, wet environment, between 38-40 degrees -Must be comfortable working with chemicals -Lifting in this area can be between 60 to 100 pounds ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: fonddulac@flexstaff.com Apply Online: www.flexstaff.com Fax a Rsum: (920)933-3505 Call For Appointment: 920-933-3500 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
