As a Diversity Sourcing & Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing and implementing BASF's multicultural marketing strategy in alignment with the Diversity Strategy. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with key stakeholders to create effective sourcing strategies, fostering relationships with external diversity recruiting partners, and strengthening BASF's brand presence. Additionally, you will enhance candidate engagement through innovative digital marketing initiatives, optimize the career website for a better user experience, as well as coordinate impactful events to attract diverse talent.

Participating in the National Diversity Conference Corporate Partner Councils with 35 Fortune 500 companies to shape annual activities and policies, while leveraging these relationships to maintain a steady candidate pipeline and explore potential partnerships.
Partnering with the EVP Manager to develop external marketing strategies for branding at National Diversity Conferences, utilizing trade show space, social media campaigns, and services offered by National Diverse Organizations to enhance internal campaigns.
Initiating and deepening relationships with community leaders, local strategic partners, and diversity business associations based on preferred partnership criteria.
Collaborating closely with business units and functional recruiters to provide a steady pipeline of high-caliber diverse talent for various positions across the region, including those aimed at potential development.
Directly supervising a Coordinator to assist with scheduling, event coordination, and administrative tasks, as well as managing staff volunteers for local and national conference engagements.
Establishing and tracking key metrics to analyze hiring statistics and coordinating with the Diversity & Inclusion Team and its affinity groups to support recruiting activities.
Managing relationships with key recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor while selecting optimal venues and channels to improve diversity hiring outcomes.
If you...
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related work experience.
Have over 10 years of experience with job boards and marketing strategies.
Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering diversity talent acquisition programs.
Possess 3 or more years of project management experience with a strong capability in process design.
Have experience collaborating with business leaders and recruitment teams to implement effective programs and strategies.
Exhibit a proven ability to influence others without direct authority, think proactively, collaborate, and achieve results.
Show exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and evaluative thinking.
Demonstrate the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making, identify key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide valuable recommendations.
