Perform systems management & integration functions both in-house & for clients. Improve existing comp. systems & review comp. syst capabilities both in-house & for clients. Address client comp. related complaints. Analyze client data to formulate software & hardware solutions, troubleshoot problems. Analyze client data to implement best business practices.
