Salary Range:$71,036.00 To 95,955.00 Annually

General Statement:
Under the direction of the Program Director, performs administrative, clinical, and professional tasks in the implementation, development, supervision, and management of the Assigned Programs; conducts managerial and administrative duties in program coordination, planning, monitoring, and implementation of adult services programs which are guided by the Michigan Mental Health Code, MDHHS Medicaid Provider Manual, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Manual, and related rules and regulations; provides administrative and clinical supervision, staff development, and case consultation to program staff; facilitates treatment team meetings guiding the team decision making process; works as
a member of the clinical teams, including direct services provisions as needed or required by EBP model; ensures use of best practices, trauma informed care, and continuous quality improvement in clinical programming for all populations served.

Year(s) of Experience
Master's in Social Work
Michigan Master's Level Social Worker (LMSW) credential, Clinical and/or Macro
Willing and able to supervise LLMSWs and LLBSWs as requested AND three (3) years experience working with adults and/or children and families who have a diagnosis of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities or Dual Diagnosis, mental illness, and/or co-occurring substance abuse disorder AND a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Master's in Psychology
Michigan Limited License Psychologist (LLP) or (TLLP) credential
Three (3) years of experience working with adults and or children and families who have a diagnosis of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities or Dual Diagnosis, mental illness, and/or co-occurring substance abuse disorder AND a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Master's in Counseling
Michigan License Professional Counselor (LPC) or (LLPC) credential
Three (3) years of experience working with adults and/or children and families who have a diagnosis of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities or Dual Diagnosis, mental illness, and/or co-occurring substance abuse d
