Job Summary: As A SDM Supporter, you will carry out the duties of a client support for Supported Decision-Making clients. You will also review powers of Guardianship, if appropriate, to assist clients' understanding and identifying opportunities to restore rights. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human services or other relevant field or two years of experience in a closely related field with similar clients and similar decision-making capacity. Valid driver's license and DHS/BCA background check. Extreme detail attention to communications, accurate and timely documentation, and billings. Clear and unbiased thinking and ability to support clients' desires as long as they are legal and do not cause harm. Assessment skills. Able to recognize dangerous situations (for client and for self). Comfort with ambiguity.
