Role Description

Marketing Partnerships are seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to support our onsite delivery and production advancing functions in 2025.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running, taking direction to support in delivering a wide range of partnerships across the Live Nation festival portfolio from all sectors including alcohol, fashion, lifestyle, automotive etc.

The role will suit someone who can build solid working relationships, organise and work through assigned tasks, has strong attention to detail, and is able to work to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience of working with brands and/or agencies is preferable, or working in a role that has supported accreditation and event access.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Highly organised and an excellent communicator.

  • Able to build rapport and relationships both internally and externally.

  • Has strong attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of one or more UK music festivals.

  • Salesforce experience.

  • Comfortable with analysing, and interpreting data and a competent Excel user.

What the role includes

  • Advancing support on all requirements necessary for the successful delivery of partners on-site contractual rights within the allocated events.

  • A strong focus in access, tickets and accreditation. Working with partners, agencies and internal teams to ensure they have the correct access and tickets for their shows.

  • Client and agency liaison pre-event – working closely and collaboratively to ensure the

  • smooth delivery of rights, within strict deadlines.

  • Maintain accurate records and logs of all partner activity.

  • Supporting on collating production documents required for onsite builds.

  • Coordinate tracking of all partner deliverables and collating updates for Event Team & festivals.

  • Collate, review and submit all partner supporting documents required – pinpointing any gaps.

  • Assisting where required the on-site delivery of partnerships at festivals across the UK.

  • Coordinating event team accommodation requirements.
