The Position:

 

The Sr. Creative Producer is a multifaceted position with a wide range of responsibilities that significantly impact multiple areas of the company. This position serves as the liaison between the Video Team and the Marketing and Product Teams and manages the production of projects requested by both Marketing and Product. This position oversees case study development which includes collaborating with appropriate individuals and teams to strategically identify case study needs and working with client organizations to capture and produce video case studies. The Sr. Creative Producer is responsible for media asset management including the organization and content cataloging of all video assets. This individual also manages special projects under the direction of the Managing Partner/Head of Creative.  

 

*Roles and Responsibilities:  *

 

  • Perform regular self-assessments using Arbinger's 3A+ assessment tool to gauge and enhance individual performance and impact.
  • Establish and communicate 3A+ expectations with direct reports and provide ongoing team management.
  • Lead and manage assigned staff on the video team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, accountable, and high-performing team.
  • Provide creative direction and manage the production of video components for product and marketing projects, ensuring seamless execution and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Oversee pre-production and coordinate the logistics and collaboration of the video team and act as the point of contact for clients/talent.
  • Cultivate and maintain client and talent relationships, building immediate trust and creating a safe environment for individuals to show up authentically.
  • Act as an on-site producer during film shoots, overseeing internal and external operations for optimal results.
  • Handle comprehensive scheduling, communication, travel arrangements, accommodations, venue logistics, and talent release management for video projects.
  • Coordinate with the Contract Team to ensure the legality of working with and filming client organizations.
  • Serve as the project manager for video projects, ensuring strategic planning and on-time execution.
  • Facilitate effective internal and external communication across various projects, ensuring clarity and cohesion.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing projects, ensuring the alignment between content and brand objectives.
  • Contribute actively to discussions on marketing and product strategies and development, bringing va luable insights to the table.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

     

*Required Capabilities:   *

 

  • Demonstrated expertise in people management and developing accountable, effective, and high-performing tea s.
  • Project management experience, showcasing strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail with utilization of tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective and clear conveyance of ideas and information.
  • Intimately familiar with all aspects of film production---determining timelines, technical specifications, and leading a creative team.
  • Extensive experience in managing video productions, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and multiple departments.
  • Adept at problem-solving, with a track record of finding innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Self-motivated and strategically minded, consistently demonstrating initiative and forward-thinking.
  • Proficient in utilizing Adobe Premier and the Microsoft Office Suite.

     

*Preferred Capabilities:   *

 

  • Ability to understand and negotiate contracts.
  • Proficiency in other video production/audio production software/applications.

     

*Education and Experience:  *

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.   
  • 2+ years of film and production experience required.
  • 4+ years of staff management experience with a focus on film teams and creative direction. 

     

*Physical Requirements:  *

 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to travel independently and with a team both domestically and internationally.

     

*Salary: *Starting from $100,000/year
