Star Cutter Company Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in Farmington Hills, Michigan
Northern Tool, a subsidiary of Star Cutter Company, is a family owned, globally recognized, manufacturer of custom round tools and hobs. We are currently seeking an individual to support our Farmington Hills location with responsibilities in our Shipping and Receiving area. The ideal candidate will be looking for:

What you'll be doing:
- Process all shipping & receiving documentation including shippers, labels, and freight to meet the customer and organization standards.
- Facilitate the issuance of purchase orders to suppliers including updating the log for status verification.
- Coordinate the scheduling of internal and external freight shipments both domestic and international.
- Verification of goods for quantity and quality with orders to ensure accuracy.
- Manage department supplies to ensure optimum stock levels utilizing cycling counting, systems, and other methods.
- Verify items received with purchase order.
- Wrap, package, and ship supplies and tooling.
What we ask you to bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 -- 2 years Shipping Experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Power Industrial Truck Licensing.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work within a team environment.
