PDS Tech Inc Supply Chain Analyst in Everett, Washington
PDS Tech Commercial Inc. is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst in Everett, WA for one of the largest aerospace companies. In this position you will be supporting the digital transformation of ERP to SAP, while applying your expertise of supply chain business processes.
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Job Type: Full time; Consultant ( 12 Months )
Location: Everett, WA 98204 (onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 5am to 1:30pm (flexible)
Pay Rate: $26 to $29 per hour
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Understanding of all purchase order methods and functionality
Involvement interpreting Bill of Materials
High level of expertise performing data analysis with various analytical tools
Know-how to build and produce executive reporting metrics and presentation material
Familiarity with industry standard supply chain key performance indicators and metrics
Experience with executing in a Material Resource Planning (MRP) system such as ERP or SAP
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Velocity, CMES, and PDM systems
Supply Chain system implementation
New airplane program start ups
Responsibilities:
Provide data analysis using techniques from a range of disciplines, to describe, predict, and help supply chain make effective business decisions that improves business performance
Develop and execute inventory control methods and reports to assure accurate plus appropriate inventory levels
Work with complex processes and organizational structures to provide process flows
Analyze situations to synchronize production, storage and transport with demand requirements
Communicate information across supply chain and throughout the enterprise by integrating and aligning processes, procedures and practices with multiple organizations to effectively execute
Perform data analysis to report actual results against Master Production Schedule
Make recommendations and/or implements solutions by completing value stream data analysis in support of programs, organizations, and multiple business units
Implement and maintain process improvements and standard work, by analyzing and establishing best practices for Supply Chain to improve performance
Verify and incorporate engineering and production schedules into supply chain operating plans
Collaborate with supply chain business units, and other functions within the value stream to achieves goals and objectives and establish standards
Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
