Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and self-starting Inventory specialist II to manage and analyze inventory data and processes. The successful candidate will operate from a company-wide perspective and support cross-functional project development. Strong execution of data and processes is required.
Responsibilities
Ensure data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.
Essential Skills
Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Proficiency in business software such as Excel, including sum functions, hash marks, and applying filters.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility and team-oriented mindset.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Computer proficiency.
Comfortable with data entry and inventory management.
Experience with pallet jacks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.06 - $26.50/hr.
