Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and self-starting Inventory specialist II to manage and analyze inventory data and processes. The successful candidate will operate from a company-wide perspective and support cross-functional project development. Strong execution of data and processes is required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.

  • Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.

  • Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.

  • Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

  • Proficiency in business software such as Excel, including sum functions, hash marks, and applying filters.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Flexibility and team-oriented mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Computer proficiency.

  • Comfortable with data entry and inventory management.

  • Experience with pallet jacks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.06 - $26.50/hr.
