Responsibilities:

• Provide great care to our residents using the Positive Approach to Care methodology.
• Answer resident call lights and determine how best to help them.
• Provide support and guidance for residents with activities of daily living including bathing,
• dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and laundry.
• Lead/Participate in engagement/activities with residents in our community.
• Actively assist with meal services.
• Work collaboratively with the entire care team by documenting your caregiving tasks in real time within the Care Connect app.
• Communicate professionally in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Attend specialized training in-services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified CNA (certified nursing assistant) in the State of Indiana.
• Dedicated and compassionate caregiver.
• Passionate about and experience with dementia, preferred.
• Ability to think and work independently as well as with direction.
• Communicate professionally in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Skilled with technology, including daily use with minimal errors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
