Shifts:
A Sunday-Wednesday 6a-6p
B Wednesday-Saturday 6a-6p
C Sunday-Wednesday 6p-6a
D Wednesday-Saturday 6p-6a
*Must be open to any shift- usually working 8-12 hours
4 month contact-to-hire opportunity
Description
The Base Building Maintenance (BBM) will be responsible for the following:
Respond to maintenance requests and perform general repairs.
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
Troubleshoot and fix malfunctioning equipment and systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, cleaning, and minor repairs.
Make minor building repairs, such as fixing drywall, repairing doors, or replacing tiles.
Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment.
Implement preventative maintenance tasks like equipment calibration, lubrication, and parts replacement.
Ensure building systems are functioning correctly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
BBM MUST HAVE at least 2+ years of experience conducting quality predictive & preventative maintenance procedures.
• 2+ years of experience with Industrial/Commercial HVAC systems
• 2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading
• 2+ year knowledge with electrical and electronic principles
• 2+ year experience of following and demonstrating safety standards
• 1+ year experience with commercial/industrial plumbing
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
Education: High school or equivalent diploma
Preferred Industries & Equipment: Candidate from Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Industrial industries performing maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
• Able to troubleshoot basic input and output function of building operations
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within Amazon RME
• Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field
• 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
