Cartamundi Human Resources Manager in Erlanger, Kentucky

The Human Resources Manager leads the HR department and partners with the Management team in the day to day HR operations, as well as the strategic HR plan for our manufacturing facility in Erlanger, KY.

What you’ll do as a Manager Human Resources:

  • Build and lead a strong team with a focus on collaboration, providing leadership in a culture of integrity, accountability, and open communication

  • Manage key HR processes, including annual salary planning, leadership development, succession planning, engagement survey, performance management

  • Lead by example in the training and development of individual and team growth through effective coaching and recognition

  • Oversee execution of the temporary workforce staffing plans and partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment of the full-time employees

  • Manage employee relations issues through timely and fair resolution

  • Direct site payroll process and HRIS activity, in alignment with Cartamundi North America processes

  • Understand and maintain compliance to federal and state laws in HR matters

  • Compile and analyze Human Resources metrics and develop strategies to respond to trends in data

  • Ability to drive transformation and scale HR program & Initiatives

  • Lead various HR projects

  • Implementation of HR solution

    We’re looking for someone who has knowledge of and experience with:

  • BS degree in related field; HR Certification preferred

  • 5+ years HR experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing facility

  • ADP Practitioner experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a close attention to detail

  • High degree of PC skills in spreadsheet and database analysis

  • Ability to multi-task and timely prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable power point

  • Change Management

  • Flexible, agile, adaptable and ability

    Physical requirements/working conditions:

    Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of 1 million+ square feet of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:

  • Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues

  • Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead

  • Perform sedentary work on various computer systems
