Bailey Farms International, based in Ephraim, UT is seeking a full-time, experienced payroll and human resources professional. The Company currently employ's people in Utah, Colorado, and California, so experience with regulations in these states is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of payroll and human resources laws and regulations in Utah, and experience with the latest versions of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Adobe products. Candidates must also posses basic communication skills both written and verbal.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Accurate and timely preparation of the semi-monthly payroll and the remittance of the related payroll taxes and tax returns.
Process new hires and terminations in a timely manner and report such activity to the respective jurisdictions.
Address employee concerns and inquiries relating to human resources matters.
On-site administration of the employee benefit (health, dental, and vision insurance) plans.
Prepare and remit all year-end employee benefit forms (1094 and 1095).
Assist with certain accounting and other company functions as needed.
