Position Overview:
The Program Manager, Marketing will play a vital supporting role in the execution of partnership marketing strategies, assisting the Partnership Marketing team in the activation of enterprise-wide, brand, partnership marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics of partnership initiatives and ensuring smooth execution, tracking, and reporting of key performance metrics. The Program Manager, Marketing will provide administrative support, assist in the preparation of materials, and facilitate internal communications to ensure alignment between stakeholders and external partners.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics, or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
In-depth knowledge of the consumer experience, associated technologies, and the process of defining and delivering against an optimal digital customer journey that will drive customer engagement and business growth.
Working knowledge of marketing trends, industry drivers, and the quickly evolving digital/social media environment to provide the necessary analytics, metrics and insights to facilitate informed business decisions while building an understanding of consumer life-cycles and purchasing behavior.
Business acumen, financial expertise, and advanced analytic skills with the proven ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems and to meet customer-driven business objectives.
Solid analytical, negotiation and project management skills, including the ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization toward successful project development and implementation.
Writing and verbal skills with the ability to articulate a vision, translate complex business ideas into lay terms, and to engage with diverse audiences, including peers, senior management, large external clients and relevant industry conferences.
Competency across a spectrum of computer applications like Microsoft Office suite
Digital marketing analysis and visualization tools, including: Google tool suite, the MOZ suite, Raven, Tableau, Mix Panel, Kiss Metrics and more
Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords, Optimizely, etc.
Campaign management tools such as Kenshoo and Marin.
Content development using HTML and CSS.
Work independently, as well as be part of the team, while demonstrating organization skills:
Managing multiple priorities/projects simultaneously, sometimes with rapidly changing priorities
Maintaining production schedules
Adhering to strict budgets, and meeting tight and often conflicting deadlines
Create or optimize opportunities that build brand awareness, preference and demand for Sutter Health’s products and services.
Analyze possible solutions using precedents, existing departmental guidelines and policies, experience and good judgment to identify and solve standard problems.
Build collaborative relationships with peers, other departments, stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to achieve marketing goals and corporate objectives.

Pay Range is $56.03 to $84.05 / hour. Sacramento Pay Range is $48.72 to $73.08 / hour.
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
