TheMaintenance A associatemust maintain all internal and external building equipment including electromechanical/hydraulic and pneumatic installations and assemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all required work to rig, move and erect all types of machines and equipment including C.N.C. Must align and level machines.

  • Perform general maintenance on machines, building, and grounds including HVAC and heating units.

  • Required to assemble fixtures, roll stamp, die heads and perform necessary clutch repair work.

  • Must work from tables, sketches, blue prints and general instructions.

  • Requisitions parts and materials through purchasing department.

  • Layout maintenance/ installation criteria.

  • Use power tools, gauges and electrical testing equipment.

  • Must machine or make own parts when necessary.

  • Must work with outside vendors and contractors.

  • Works independently and trains others as requested. Maintains and documents maintenance records and schedules.

  • Maintains the highest degrees of quality, quantity, throughput, safety, cost reduction and customer service continuously.

  • Performs these duties and others as requested.

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Two-year technical degree in maintenance related area preferred.

  • Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics.

  • Knowledge/use of advanced math

  • Need to be able to read and understand, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics

  • General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and welding.
