Job Details Job Location Elyria, OH 44035 - VSI - Elyria, OH Education Level Not Specified   Salary Range $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly Job Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Description Location: 359 Lowell St. Elyria, OH Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. FLSA: Nonexempt The Lead General Laborer will be responsible for completing the following job duties: Follow the daily job routine in the order it is outlined. Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards. Attend daily production meetings to receive expectations for the day. Resolves workers' issues with the product or ability to complete work or refers matters to supervisor. Performs duties of workers supervised. Assignments include paintingnozzles and engraving. MUST have extreme attention to detail and able to read small writing. Maintains a clean work area. This includes putting things away at the end of the day and/or when the job is complete such as tools, parts, etc. Regular attendance. Responsible for following agency safety policies and maintaining a safe work environment. Maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, program participants, co-workers and supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); At least one year related experience and/or training.
