Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plastic Injection Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines and ensuring the production of high-quality plastic parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines to produce parts according to specifications
Monitor machines and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
Perform quality checks and inspect parts for defects
Maintain accurate production records
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Plastic Injection Operator or in a similar role
Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
