Maintenance Supervisor
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and direct the activities of employees in our maintenance departments. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate operations across shifts, departments, and vendors, while managing and developing talent and processes. Your leadership will be key in achieving high employee efficiency and morale using sound management principles. You will maintain a thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes, SOPs, equipment, safety, and regulatory requirements, and work closely with various departments to ensure timely production and delivery of customer products. Your tasks will include planning and scheduling maintenance, organizing work for efficient operations, ensuring departmental goals such as safety, quality, and KPIs are met, and administering policies and procedures.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing or related field or equivalent experience
Experience in multi-shift department management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in printing or fulfillment
Experience supervising 40 or more employees
Experience in training and developing employees
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, SOPs, continuous improvement, equipment, safety, and regulatory requirements
