Job Title: Filling Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic production team as a Filling Operator, where you will play a crucial role on the production floor. Your primary responsibilities include weighing out batches, rolling heavy drums to pallets, and preparing them for shipment. You will manage 2-3 batch work orders daily, monitor the filling process to prevent spills, and ensure accuracy before sending batches to QC for testing. Additionally, you will clean drums and mixers using various solutions and be cross-trained in various tasks, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Work Environment

The role is based in a facility that specializes in mixing paints, noticeable by its scent. Training will occur on the second shift (2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) under a new director, with occasional Saturday work required.
