Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and engage in the installation, setup, and maintenance of highly automated equipment, including controls, automation, and electrical systems. You will oversee new equipment installation, ensuring all machines function according to specifications. Your role includes troubleshooting equipment failures, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all operations meet required specifications and tolerances. You will be pivotal in maintaining optimal operation and longevity of production equipment.
Hard Skills
Experience in Industrial Maintenance with emphasis on electrical controls
Intermediate knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, and vision controls
Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Theory for AC/DC circuits, Motor Controls (VFD, Servo)
Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Soft Skills
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues effectively
Capability to perform detailed and precise maintenance tasks
Strong organizational skills to maintain system logs and manuals
Work Environment
The facility is a new, clean, and climate-controlled massive battery manufacturing site. Initially, work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. After full operational status in January 2025, the schedule shifts to a 3-2-2 pattern with 12-hour shifts, including both day and night shifts without rotation for hourly positions.
