Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated individual with manufacturing experience to join our team. The chosen candidate will be trained on our unique processes that produce a variety of linear motion rails for use in different applications. This is a physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift between 60-80lbs. A strong attendance history and consistent work history are crucial for this position. This opportunity is on a temporary to hire basis.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in ELGIN, Illinois.
Work Environment
We have an opening for the first shift, from 7AM to 3:30PM, with two 10-minute breaks at 10am and 3pm, along with an hour-long lunch break. Our work environment is welcoming with a well-lit, clean, spacious production floor. The facility is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer, ensuring comfortable working conditions year-round. We take great care of our team, offering complimentary breakfast daily and hosting a monthly BBQ by our president/managers. Our new facility, established in Huntley in August 2018, houses our manufacturing floor and warehouse.
