Adecco US, Inc. Molding Machine Operator D in El Paso, Texas
Adecco is now hiring for Molding operators in El Paso.
Shift D 7 pm to 7 am
Wednesday – Saturday 36/48 hours weekly
Pay: $ 11.75
Position Overview: The Molding Operator is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating production equipment to manufacture high-quality molded products. This role requires monitoring machine performance, ensuring the proper sequence of operations, and performing various mechanical tasks. The operator will work with hand and air tools, use a computer for production tracking, and maintain accurate production records.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints or work instructions for production requirements.
Set up, adjust, and operate molding and assembly equipment while ensuring that operations are performed in the correct sequence.
Install fixtures, mount parts in fixtures, and perform mechanical assembly using tools such as wrenches, torque wrenches, impact wrenches, screwdrivers, and hammers.
Use computer systems to check part location, inventory, and routing, while also maintaining accurate production records.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure continuous production flow.
Perform quality control checks to ensure all parts meet specifications.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic experience with mechanical repair and assembly tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and other hand tools.
Strong ability to follow written instructions, maintain accurate production records, and perform basic math (addition, subtraction, fractions).
Previous experience or training in welding, machining, mechanical repair, or metalworking machinery operation is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to knuckle height.
Pay Details: $11.75 per hour
