Job Description: HVAC Service TechnicianGray Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. is a leading provider of HVAC services in El Paso, Texas. We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and help us provide high-quality services to our customers.As an HVAC Service Technician at Gray Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining various HVAC systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each job is completed to the highest standards and the customer's satisfaction.Responsibilities:- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration systems.- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on HVAC systems to prevent future breakdowns.- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain the work that will be performed.- Provide quotes and estimates for new installations and repairs.- Keep accurate records of all job orders, materials used, and time spent on each job.- Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- HVAC certification from an accredited technical school or trade school.- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components, refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Valid driver's license and good driving record.At Gray Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., we value our employees and strive to create a positive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
