Adecco US, Inc. Warehouse Superintendent 2nd shift in Effingham, South Carolina
Olsten staffing is assisting a well-established company in the Effingham SC area in the search for an experienced and eager 2nd shift warehouse Superintendent. The warehouse Superintendent is a pivotal member of company operations.
Hours:
Monday-Friday
3PM-11PM
Salary Range:
$50K-$90K based on experience.
Job responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day activities of the warehouse during the 2nd shift, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
• Supervise a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and meet customer demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory control initiatives.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and protocols for efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a distribution center or warehouse setting.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices and procedures.
Understanding of safety guidelines and regulations in a warehouse environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
