Job Title: Articulated Boom Lift Operator
Job Description
Join our dynamic installation team as an Articulated Boom Lift Operator where you will operate an Articulated Boom Lift, moving geomembrane products for the installation team to place. You will operate the articulated boom lift for approximately 70% of your shift, with the rest of your time dedicated to general labor tasks supporting the installation process. This includes pulling geomembrane tarps off a giant spool, laying them down, and assisting with site clean-up, among other duties. Get ready to be part of a vital team working on a 60-day project with potential for extended work.
Must Have:
3rd party certification on articulating boom
CSTS certification
WHMIS certification
Fall Pro certification
Ability to lift 40+ lbs repetitively
Experience operating the articulated boom lift
Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
Soft Skills
Ability to stand on feet for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions

This is a contract position with a duration of 60 Day(s).
Work Site
The work site is in southern Alberta.
Work Environment
The initial project spans 60 days at a site in Coaldale AB, with 10-hour shifts likely running from 7:00am-5:00pm. Shifts may end early or extend up to 24 days due to weather conditions. Travel days count as work days. Overtime is applicable after 8 hours per day or over 44 hours per week. There are opportunities to stay on for longer on other projects, potentially at a different pay rate and role.
