The Millennium Group Account Manager in Edison, New Jersey

The manager would oversee and be responsible for staff at three locations.

  • 2147 State Hwy. 27, Edison, NJ, would be primary location

  • 55 Water Street, New York NY 10041, must be prepared to visit office potentially 1-2 times per week

  • 1501 Williamsboro Street, Oxford, NC 27565 required to visit twice per year.

    Responsibilities

  • Provides new employee orientation.

  • Collect data for reports and prepare monthly reports.

  • Conduct weekly meetings with the team to ensure all service levels are being met.

  • Knowledge of Reprographics,

  • Train, monitor and discipline employees.

  • Prepares employee appraisals and evaluates employee performance.

  • Interviews candidates for open positions.

  • Must be able to perform the work of those whom they oversee.

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of problem solving skills.

  • Ability to deal with difficult or irate customers periodically.

  • Maintain, review and update the site operations manual.

  • Maintain a centralized employee database for mail processing, production reporting and tracking of deliveries and pick-ups.

  • Interact with various vendors on the client's behalf and maintain vendor relationships.

  • Ensures equipment is in good working order.

  • Interact with the client contact daily and attend meetings as required.

  • Keeps the operations manager informed of operational efficiencies and potential problems.

  • Resolves staff interpersonal conflicts.

  • Other duties, as assigned

    Qualification:

  • Must have 3-5 years of Management experience in the mail, office services, and reprographicsoperations

  • Excellent administration and computer skills.

  • Knowledge of US Postal, UPS shipping and other shipping software as needed.

  • Able to set priorities and motivate others.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Must be flexible to adapt to changes and multi-task.

  • Able to nurture and foster teamwork from subordinates and clients.

  • Support client needs at multiple locations and be willing to travel if needed to New York, New Jersey and North Carolina.
