JOB TITLE: Sr Technical Product Manager

LOCATION: 11000 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.)

DUTIES: Ensure that our products meet and exceed member expectations to provide delightful digital experiences; collaborate with leadership to prioritize product solutions with high-value requirements, with compelling business case, and strategic impact driven by Objectives & Key Results (OKRs); drive required action across teams and workstreams for a successful implementation that creates an enhanced simple and delightful member experience; work collaboratively with our internal and external partners to bring the member portal Steerage and Navigation product vision to life in a fast-paced environment; build solid and sustainable relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization, influencing product owners and development teams; guide the development process by working with the engineering, design, and product teams to define and prioritize requirements to meet the critical path timeline; define solutions with high-value requirements, a compelling business case, clear positioning, and strategic impact and value. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field and Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related computer occupation.

Experience must include:

• Product Development;

• Development Processes;

• Agile Methodologies;

• System Development;

• Project Management;

• Product management tools such as: Jira, Aha, Rally;

• APIs, JSON, and SQL.

RATE OF PAY: $91,042 - $150,800 / per year
