Description SUMMARY: This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for ECO processing and the maintenance and publication of Engineering process documents. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Primary reviewer of engineering change requests, change orders and change notices Owner of ECM process documentation and training Controlled Engineering process document maintenance and communication Manages and reports on ECM metrics Leads the development of improvements to document and data control methods and facilitates their implementation Backup to the Engineering Change Administrator (Windchill PDM/ECM) Backup to Master Data Specialist for SAP data entry as part of ECM process Other related duties as assigned IMDS Submissions as needed COMPETENCIES: Ability work in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to navigate ambiguity, attention to detail Engineering print reading, BOM review, product release process understanding Qualifications Education Bachelors (preferred) Associates of Engineering (preferred) Experience In-depth understanding of material master data; bill of materials and routing and how they influence one another; training and documentation experience.
