What You'll Do:
· Lead & Develop the Team: Supervise and coach the Inside Sales & Customer Service teams to ensure peak performance.
· Support Customers with Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on complex product applications, troubleshooting, and specifications.
· Drive Process Improvement: Implement new strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
· Enhance Training & Knowledge Sharing: Develop training programs to strengthen product and service knowledge.
· Collaborate Across Departments: Work with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to resolve customer challenges and improve solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Set and track team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure goals are met.
Problem-Solving: Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Sales (or relevant experience)
3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Inside Sales Leadership.
Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly solutions.
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; experience with digital process improvements, a plus.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
