The Program Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day programs and special events, implementation of the Peacemakers and Adverse Childhood Experiences Program at the Emergency Transition Mission (ETM) and supervision of volunteers in partnership with the Volunteer Coordinator. This individual acts as a liaison with other supporting departments. The Program Services Coordinator should have the heart of a servant in accordance with Colossians 3:23. Hourly Rate: $15 per hour

Essential

Functions

- - Oversee the coordination and implementation of the Peacemakers and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) programs, activity scheduling and coverage for the ETM, including covering open shifts when needed. - Oversee the intake and checklist process for program participants entering the ETM. - Manage the ETM program team calendar to synchronize workflow, schedule meetings and events, coordinate inter departmental meetings and organize program participant testimonies for events. - Oversee the general housekeeping of the ETM facility, ensuring a clean and professional environment. - Maintain and administer program grant reporting and associated deliverables, database, and track outcomes.

- - Pray with and offer spiritual support to others. - Demonstrate Grace Beyond Borders core values of organizational integrity, organizational unity, and organizational effectiveness. - Complete Servsafe, Peacemakers, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE), and First Aid/CPR training. - Attend quarterly All Staff meetings. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

- - Maintain the involvement of volunteers by collaborating with the Volunteer Coordinator in activities such as recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of volunteers. Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant work environment while also cultivating opportunities for volunteer development. - Attain team objectives by effectively communicating job expectations, strategically planning, continuously monitoring and assessing job performance, offering guidance and support through coaching and counseling, and ensuring alignment with systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

- - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field - 3-5 years of experience in Human Services field preferred

Schedule

  • Part-time - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, up to 20 hours per week with flexible hours.
