Invoicing weekly, enter credit card charges, reconcile accounts, record payments from customers, update Certificate of Liability and Tax Exemption Forms. Updating our database, creating sales reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Review past due statements from customers. Creating and editing spreadsheets, entering customers and vendor's into QuickBooks. Organizational skills, time management and ability to stay on task. Needs to be a team player and work well with others.
