Metro City Bank Loan Administrator I - LOANA001430-00001 in Doraville, Georgia
Title: Loan Administrator Reports to: Loan Administration Supervisor Department: Loan Overview: Manage and service a portfolio of commercial loans, USDA loans, SBA loans, and other loans for the Bank. Essential Duties: Oversee SBA 7 (a) and SBA 504, and conventional loan issues. Prepare reports for board meetings, loan committee, and internal audit. Create, organize and maintain credit files. Perform initial review of collateral files. Complete lien searches and lien filings. Secure original vehicle titles and release appropriately upon payoffs. Maintain current liens by filing continuations and terminations. Maintain participated loans. Record and monitor canceled and declined loan files. Process the recording and cancelation of Debt Security Deed (DSD) and collateral assignments of life insurance policies. Follow up with updated financial documents, and clear tickler list items and send request letters as needed. Monitors expiring and or canceled flood, life and property insurance policies and initiate timely follow-up with internal parties. Book loans when they close. Monitor loan related GL account and keep balanced. Monitor delinquent loans and prepare appropriate notices including demand letter. Send out all notices and process loan payments. Answer phone and respond to general questions. Prepare disbursement from loan; cut checks; send wires; or make deposit. Ensure the bank is maintaining proper OFAC compliance on all guarantors before disbursing loan proceeds. Maintain compliance with Bank policies and procedures, in addition to federal and state regulations. Perform all duties in compliance with BSA/AML regulations and requirements. Monitor and report all suspicious activity to the BSA officer. This position is responsible for other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
