I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work 基本工作范围描述：
- The Senior SMT Process Engineer is a multi-talented person who has strong experience in SMT process and PCBA manufacturing, especially PCBA NPI. Has strong communication and problem solving skills
II- Key Duties & Responsibilities 主要职责描述：
Be responsible for NPI and prototype of PCBAs, include design review, process design, program and fixture preparation etc.
Carrie out Design for Manufacturing in SMT lines and keep a NPI tracker for issues and observation during assembly.
Development and implement of process control plans, problem solving in systematic approach, processes Improvement in SMT area.
Implement lean manufacturing to systematically improve process capability.
Continuous to improve Yield and quality in SMT area
Define process FMEA for the SMT areas and implementation plan.
Write post assembly DFM (Design for Manufacture) report.
Participate in new technologies and processes implementation.
Provide training to the SMT engineers, System Operators and technicians.
Other duties may be deemed necessary.
III- Qualifications & Compentencies 任职资格及能力要求：
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electronic or automation.
More than 5 years working experience in SMT area
Full technical understanding of SMT process, through concept and construction reviews.
Familiar with automated production equipment - solder paste printer, stencil cleaners, pick and place machine, reflow oven, AOI, etc.
Strong analytical, problem solving skills, such as: Cause and Effect, FMEA, DOE, Gage R&R, SPC, Kaizen, etc
Good command with English, team work, Good moral and be responsible.
