ManpowerGroup Inspector/Tester/Sorter in Dixon, Illinois
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an Inspector/Tester/Sorter to join their team. As an Inspector/Tester/Sorter, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Inspect, test, sort, sample, or weigh nonagricultural raw materials or processed, machined, fabricated, or assembled parts or products for defects, wear, and deviations from specifications.
Utilize precision measuring instruments and complex test equipment to ensure product quality.
Document inspection results and report any discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality standards and improve processes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic understanding of measurement tools and testing equipment is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
