Senior Process Engineer, St. Marys Cement US LLC, Detroit, MI:
Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot different operating phases in the production of cement. Evaluate and recommend improvement projects driven to improve plant overall performance including safety, environmental impacts, production, cost, and reliability. Lead process related Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve overall plant performance. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operational groups. Provide training to production operators I (control room operators) and production operators II. Provide expertise and technical support to Junior Process Engineers.
Full time employment, Monday -- Friday, 40 hours per week.
