Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen client connections within target markets. This role is about more than selling products---it's about becoming a trusted partner to our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that support their success. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in fasteners or a related field, combined with a proactive approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with clients in the construction, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities, while managing and expanding existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Tailored Solutions: Understand client needs and recommend products and services that align with their goals.
  • Be Proactive: Anticipate client challenges and opportunities, offering creative and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and seamless order fulfillment.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fasteners, industrial supplies, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a commitment to client success.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory regularly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
