Supervisor of Molding Operations
As a Supervisor of Molding Operators and Tenders, you'll oversee the molding process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, while also training and motivating your team to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Supervision:
Monitor molding operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. and
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain production flow and minimize downtime. and
Implement and maintain standard molding processes and procedures. and
Ensure proper material handling and storage. and
Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control.
Team Leadership:
Train, mentor, and motivate molding operators and tenders. and
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and safely. and
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. and
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures. and
Monitor compliance with environmental health and safety regulations. and
Identify and address potential hazards or risks.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality. and
Research and recommend new technologies or techniques to improve molding operations. and
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs.
