Yellowhammer Salon is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a full-time Salon Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team of highly skilled stylists and contribute to the growth and success of our salon.

As the Salon Leader, you're not just running the show - you're setting the stage for a vibrant and thriving salon experience! Your role is a delightful mix of leading by example, helping your fantastic staff grow their clientele, and boosting business. But that's not all - you're also the shining example, delivering top-notch hair care services with the utmost quality for each guest.
As the ultimate coach and mentor, you bring out the best in your salon family, ensuring a positive work environment that's as uplifting as a fresh new hairstyle. You're the talent scout, recruiting, training, and effortlessly handling conflicts and client concerns with professionalism and flair. At the end of the day, you might find yourself closing out the system, wrapping up another day of fabulousness in the world of styling!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lead by example and resolve challenges with professionalism
- Ability to bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training, developing your team, creating a positive work environment, providing guidance on business and technical competency matters, and keeping the salon's bottom line in mind
- A current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Tech-savviness with the ability to perform administrative tasks
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs
WORK SCHEDULE
We close at 7 pm, so you'll never have to work a late night! The typical schedule varies and includes evenings and weekends.
