Actalent Scrum Master in Dearborn, Michigan
Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Agile Scrum Master to run two of our Gas Engine Controls scrum teams, the Exhaust team and the Fuel Oil Temperature team.
Facilitating Agile Processes: Guide the team in adopting Agile practices and the Scrum framework.
Supporting the Team: Coach and mentor team members to achieve their goals.
Removing Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering the team's progress.
Promoting Self-Organization: Empower team members to make decisions and collaborate effectively.
Facilitating Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for effective communication.
Ensuring Transparency: Maintain transparency within the team and with stakeholders.
Driving Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and implement changes for ongoing enhancement.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
Remove impediments and help the team achieve their goals
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality products
Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to understand technical, software development meetings and conversation
