BRASSERIE RESTAURANT - LA VÉRANDA
Our restaurant - La Véranda - offers exquisite French, continental and contemporary brasserie cuisine complemented by a rich wine list in a precious setting with an outdoor terrace overlooking the Parc du Château de Versailles.
Our restaurant is open 7 days a week, and provides breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Position to be filled as soon as possible on a permanent basis
- 2 consecutive days of rest – no break
- Available weekdays and weekends
Your missions
- Is under the direction of the Room Manager and the room team as well as the Chef and the kitchen teams,
- Maintenance and preparation of equipment for the room and kitchen,
- Maintenance and preparation of the breakfast buffet,
- Be guarantor of customer satisfaction,
- Anticipate customer needs and meet their expectations at the breakfast buffet,
- Go back and forth between the kitchen and the room,
- Floor cleaning,
- Application of standards, production procedures and HACCP hygiene standards in force within the hotel.

Required profile
- You have identical experience of at least 1 year in a restaurant of the same category
- Sense of relationships and team spirit,
- Sense of contact and service,
- Sense of detail and quality,
- Ability to listen and dialogue,
- Strong organizational and precision skills,
- Mastery of French and English,
- Authorization to work in France required
