Imaging Production Supervisor (2:30pm - 11pm)
At Iron Mountain, our Imaging Production Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day projects within the Imaging Center. Resolve issues, adhere to department standards, monitor timelines and results.

Responsibilities:
Provide daily direction to employees in order to accomplish multiple projects.
Manage project timelines including scoping incoming work, creating job instructions, training team members, managing quality and outcome of Customers orders, which includes extensive reconciliation.
Lead, mentor, cross train and provide accountable standards and measures to the department employees. This will include coaching through HR workflows and monitoring several production systems for your department.
Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demand.
Ability to assist in the invoicing process.
QUALIFICATIONS
Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills. Demonstrated basic billing knowledge. This position requires strong computer skills.
Business Expertise:
Basic understanding of project lifecycles.
Leadership:
Instrumental in driving production through the Imaging Center personnel by leading and mentoring the imaging personnel.
Interpersonal Skills:
This position is required to be an onsite position to work alongside your production team members.It may require some additional time in your day in order to meet/resolve internal/external goals/timelines. The position also requires good communication skills to communicate effectively with internal teams/staff, as well as, external parties. There will be interaction with multiple areas of Iron Mountain with greater focus on local market communication. External communication may consist of infrequent Customer visits, written and verbal communication.

2 years college/2 – 4 Years
