Description
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute a sales budget and strategies for the assigned market.
• Contact, manage and work closely with our distributors.
• Present, promote and sell products.
• Visit, manage, and merchandise Asian Grocery stores to expand distribution channels.
• Achieve the annual sales budget.
• Handle customer orders and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct essential promotions and advertisements for our distributors, stores & consumers.
• Present and introduce our new products to customers.
• Create, develop and present sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Supervise one direct report.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Experience in the Asian Grocery market business.
• Must speak Chinese & English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret and utilize sales data effectively.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints proficiently.
