Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an SAP Analyst in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. As an SAP Analyst, you will be the central point of interaction for all SAP-related issues and projects, providing vital support and training. You will also contribute significantly to process improvements within our SAP environment and across various sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for all SAP matters and projects
• Identify, scrutinize, and execute process improvements in relation to SAP functionalities
• Strengthen local SAP process understanding through the development of comprehensive and effective training documentation
• Organize both individual and group training sessions for end-users to boost their SAP proficiency
• Efficiently manage service desk tickets in line with company-established Service Level Agreements
• Work independently and collaboratively on ad-hoc projects as required by the organization
• Provide continuous support and troubleshooting for SAP users
• Assist in optimizing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our SAP system.
Requirements • Proficiency in Business Process Functions is required.
• Must be able to prepare and present a comprehensive Business Requirement Document.
• Demonstrated experience in Change Management is essential.
• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with SAP Configuration is necessary.
• A sound understanding of SAP ERP is required.
• Experience with SAP ERP Central Component is a must.
• Proficiency in SAP PP - Production Planning is needed.
• Knowledge of SAP OTC is crucial.
