Property Management Associates Maintenance Technician in Culver City, California

Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, appliances, and painting.
- Completing rent-ready apartment preparation required.
- Manage inventory, order parts, and ensure timely completion.
- On-call and weekend work may be required.
Testing: You will need to pass both drug and physical test - this will be discussed at Job Fair
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to handle objects weighing 25-50 pounds, stand, or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance will be needed.
