Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process.
Quality Assurance:Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety, performing regular quality checks on finished products.
Packaging and Palletizing:Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing of food products.
Cleanliness:Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
Safety:Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
Other Duties:Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support production needs.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; individuals of all experience levels are welcome.
- Ability to work the evening shift from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production targets.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
