DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: $26.16 - $30.62 per hour depending on experience. $1,000 Signing bonus!!
Arconic is currently in search of Maintenance Mechanic to join our Cranberry Township, PA. location. This position works a 12-hour shift (6p - 6a) on a 2/3/2 pattern.

Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities * Perform preventative and predictive maintenance. * Identify and look up parts in MP2 maintenance program. * Use hand tools and other required equipment. * Troubleshoot independently all types of mechanical equipment, hydraulics, mobile equipment, utilities and basic electrical controls. * Repair equipment with little documentation. * Provide improvement to preventative maintenance program by creating task lists. * Drive root cause analysis and implementation of long term solutions. * Use a drill press, band saw, lathe, grinder, test gauges, welding, burning and electrical equipment as needed. * Make recommendations and updates to equipment which result in an improvement to technical downtime. * Help train maintenance grade 10 employees. * Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments as regarding work accomplishments and findings. * Participate in L1 meetings, perform safety system requirements, log work hours and comments on work orders in MP2 maintenance software.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications * Must be eligible to work in the United States of America. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. * Technical degree and/or 5 years' experience
