Permanent appointment may be made by non-competitive promotion of an applicant who meets the position’s minimum qualifications if all requirements of non-competitive promotion are met.Promotional field consists of Office Assistant 1 and all Parenthesis.
Duties Description As an Office Assistant 2, you will perform a wide variety of complex clerical and administrative support activities, including:• Gathering and preparing data for reports• Preparing letters/correspondence• Data entry• Reviewing forms/applications for completeness• Coordinating and scheduling meetings• Maintaining paper and electronic files
