Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Coral Springs, Florida
Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become part of our Wholesale Distribution team based in Coral Springs, Florida, United States. This role provides an opportunity to work remotely, with a primary focus on delivering high-quality customer service and support. You'll be a vital part of our operations, handling a range of responsibilities from fielding customer inquiries to managing eCommerce-related tasks.
Responsibilities
• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records consistently
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide precise price quotations to customers upon request
• Handle eCommerce-related queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and effective manner
• Use QuickBooks to maintain and update customer records
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer records in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Coordinate drop/ship services as required
• Schedule appointments and manage customer interactions effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Experience in a call center environment, providing exceptional customer service
• Superior customer service skills, including problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in data entry tasks, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively, ensuring clear and concise communication
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data and create reports
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents
• Competence in order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, balancing the needs of customers and the company
• Experience with QuickBooks for managing financial data, invoicing, and other accounting tasks TalentMatch®
